This handsome fella is 3 years old today. Which means he is roughly 21 in human years? Samson is like our first child. We brought him home after only being married 10 months. Actually getting a dog was one of our first big conflicts. I talked about getting a puppy for months and Steve finally said he wasn't sure if he was a dog person. I cried, he had told me while dating that he thought dogs were okay. I felt like he lied to me. Steve warmed up to the idea and 3 months later we got a puppy ;) Samson has his quirks and is crazy at times but we love him and really couldn't imagine life without him around.

He is such an adorable puppy. Mine is gonna be 9 in may, they grow up so fast. I still remember when we brought her home, she was so tiny now she weighs like 60 lbs. My life would be less colorful without her in it. I cannot wait til she meets our baby, she has been so great with kiddos. I imagine she will be quite the best nanny. :-)
ReplyDeleteI love that Steve is now even considering a SECOND dog! And that he likes other people's dogs- like a certain cute Westie. He just did know what he was missing in life without a dog. I love a teachable man :)
