This weekend we went to a pumpkin patch. Now that we're living in the midwest we get to embrace beauitful fall foliage, cooler weather, and farm country. We are surrounded by fields of cows, corn, and soybeans! On the border of Ohio and Indiana is Wendel Farms. They are grain farmers with a huge pumpkin patch and mini farmland for kids.
We fed sweet goats
Josiah and Noelle both got so excited when the goats came over
Checking out the rest of the farm
These little pigs had such personality
The boys ride the tricycle
Saying hello to Sully the horse
The corn bin was lots of fun. We found corn kernels in their shoes, pockets, and diapers!
Gathering eggs
Noelle loved putting things in the basket then taking them out again
Tractor ride to the pumpkin patch
Kids aren't looking at the camera BUT no one is crying or flailing so it was a win
The pumpkin patch was more like a huge field, this was half of it
First time riding on daddy's shoulders
If his jacket or sweater has a hood it must be up
Big beautiful pumpkin!
Watching the tractor drive by the field. Noelle decided that she was ready for a nap so she just laid down in the grass :)
