We drove to Floyd VA for Thanksgiving. Originally we planned to stay in the area for the holiday but we decided to drive 6 hours out to our friends the McClures. Steve's dad was able to join us for the long weekend. Josiah did pretty well on our trip if I stay in the back with him. Spoiled baby :)
Checking grandpa out
Grandpa put a sticker on him "100% perfection!"
Getting so big
Gabe and Josiah are only 2 weeks apart. They had fun gnawing on each other's toys.
I was a little sad not to be with my family for Thanksgiving but I'm looking forward to celebrating the New Year with them. I realized that the past two Thanksgivings haven't really felt like Thanksgiving to me because I wasn't with my family. To me this holiday is cooking in the kitchen with my mom while the guys figured out a new board game, drinking good wine and enjoying cold turkey sandwiches next day. Steve and I need to create some Thanksgiving traditions so that no matter where we celebrate it always feels like Thanksgiving :)

So thankful for my little family
