Good grief its been a whole month since I've posted! November flew by but I'm fine with that. It just means I'm closer to Steve coming home! The end of November marked the halfway point in this deployment. Woohoo!!!!
I flew to San Diego to visit my dear friend! It was a wonderful trip. We just hung out for 5 days, it was glorious :) We talked babies, nursery themes, sewing, deployments, life. I took my camera but only ended up with pictures of my fun/crazy "nephew" Nate.
Eating a snack in the car...some of the food ended up in his mouth ;)
Taking his yellow dog for a walk.
I couldn't visit Cali without Jamba Juice!
After returning from San Diego I headed up to Virginia to spend Thanksgiving with my dear friends in Norfolk.
The bump is growing! 18 weeks 1 day on Thanksgiving Day :)
Homemade pumpkins pies!
After Thanksgiving dinner we ended up at Kristen's childhood friends for a bonfire!
December means time to decorate! I was on the fence as to whether I wanted to decorate this year. It's not as fun to decorate without Steve but I'm glad I got it all out.
Our little tree and Nativity
Green!
All my glass ornaments, hopefully they will survive a toddler!
North Carolina hasn't figured out that it is December. This morning it was in the high 60's! I was able to rake the whole yard, it was my workout for the day :)
If you made it to the end of this long post here is some exciting news!! Our anatomy scan is next Monday. We should find out if baby Haack is a boy or girl!!!!!
